PRIVATE SESSIONS

Make an Appointment!

I offer a variety of appointment types and lengths to fit your animal communication needs. I communicate with all types of animals and treat each one with respect and compassion. I speak with animals both living and in spirit whether recently deceased or in decades past. I prefer to connect with an animal through a picture initially, then communicate with them nonverbally while conversing with you over the telephone, allowing me to bypass perceptions that arise when I physically meet animals.

During the Appointment:

  • Private communication sessions occur over the phone.  At appointment time I will call you on the phone number you provide during booking.

  • Shortly before the scheduled communication session, I connect with your animal(s) – introducing myself and letting them know your desire for a conversation.

  • The conversation between all of us begins when I call you. I am the translator for the animals. You ask the questions, I listen to your animal and convey their answers.

  • The conversation continues until each of you feels heard and understood, you have the information you want or the problem is solved.

  • During these conversations animals often reveal things about human behaviors that cause problematic animal behaviors. They are mirrors and sometimes it is not easy to hear. Coming to the conversation with an open heart and mind, really willing to hear what your animal has to share will give you the most satisfaction in the end.

  • Some common issues regularly addressed using Animal Communication and Energy Work are:

    Behavior problems –

Common behavioral concerns: barking, escaping from the yard, peeing or pooping in the house, reactivity to certain people or situations, separation anxiety.

For an animal to feel like they’ve had their say and been heard is sometimes all it takes to solve these types of behavioral issues.

Often however, the onus falls upon the owner to make changes in the way they interact with their animal in order to change a behavioral problem. They may need to provide consistent positive training, or change the thoughts they project about certain activities; such as fear around people on bikes - the dog picks up on the fear and becomes reactive. Then the frustration begins.

Energy work can also be beneficial with behavioral problems. Methods and modalities I use include but are not limited to trauma release work, removing energy blocks, defining energetic boundaries, clearing the body of blocked energy, and Reiki.

    General Check-in –

Find out their animal’s likes and dislikes.

Do they like their food, bed, toys, sleeping arrangement, other animals, etc.?

Do they like a new partner or housemate? Do they need assistance in grieving the loss of a loved one? How do they feel about their job in the family? Are they happy? What would make them happier or healthier?

    Updates for them –

You may want to inform them of dates you will be on vacation and who will be taking care of them. If new people are moving in or visiting, kids moving away, new animals joining the family etc. Separations, divorce, etc. Animals feel all of these, but may not understand.

Energy work can be beneficial in these situations as well if there is stuck energy or old trauma around past experiences.

    Death and Dying –

This transition is a hard time for everyone. Finding out what your animal wants shifts the weight of the decision from it being all on you, to how to honor their wishes. You can ask if it is time for them to go. Do they want help from the vet to leave? Is there something they want to do before passing on?

Energy work - Often during these conversations the animal requests Reiki for the whole family so everyone can be supported during the conversation and through their transition.

    Physical issues -

How is the animal feeling physically? Where does it hurt? How do they feel about surgery? Energy work is beneficial for physical issues because it supports the body to come into balance. Through Animal Communication and Energy work I can get information for you but I do not diagnose or prescribe treatments. The information can be used to assist the vet.

The possibilities are endless of what you can talk to animals about. Have the conversation you’ve always wanted and receive answers to questions you may have wondered about for years.

  • What you will better understand:

    How they are doing -

What is their comfort level? Are they in pain? Ask specific questions to know details about how their body feels.

Do they want further medical treatment or other assistance to feel better? Or are they ready to join the spirit world?

Are they ready to transition? -

If they are ready to go into the spirit world, what are their wishes before they depart?

What is their timing? Can they give you a clear sign when they are ready to go? If so, what is the sign?

    Preparation with the Animal -

Do they feel they will be able to leave on their own, or will they need assistance?

If the animal needs assistance, we will explore how they want this to happen. Sometimes an animal may have very specific and definite ideas about the way they want to leave.

Should the procedure take place at the vet clinic? If so, what should be brought along to make the setting more comfortable - favorite blanket, toys?

Would they prefer to be at home? Where? They might want to be outdoors under their special tree rather than indoors.

Who do they want to be present?

    Final Resting Place -

What would they like done with the beautiful body they inhabited?

Would they prefer to be buried? Where? If home burials are not permitted, would they like a place in a cemetery?

Do they want to be cremated? If so, what do they want done with their ashes?

    Understanding last wishes -

Who do they want to see?

Where are the places they want to visit?

    Requested treats to be devoured.

    Say your goodbyes -

Express your love for each other and how much you mean to each other.

With practicalities out of the way, you can now honor this last phase of your animal’s life by respecting their wishes and loving them enough to let them go. Bidding them a beautiful journey as you say your last good-bye.

One of the most important aspects of goodbye will be emotionally releasing your animal, consciously freeing them from feeling obligated to stay. It is important to mean it when you tell an animal it is okay to go. If you do not feel it in your heart, the animal may pick up on the confusion and know that you are not ready for them to leave. They may decide to stay on longer than they would like because they don’t want to see you suffer.

Animals often request that their people gather in their presence and hold a wake before they pass. As memories are shared and tears shed, you honor the beautiful being that they are. The animals report that often during the wake, a story will pop into someone’s mind to be shared and that these are the stories they want remembered. Tears and expressions of emotion prepare the way for the animal. These songs of the heart energetically free the animals to move on with ease. It’s a beautiful way to gain closure for all.
