The advent season is a time to honor the rhythm and cycles of the natural world as it is turning inward and anticipating the return of the light on the Winter Solstice.

​The Lights of Advent Nature Connections bring awareness to the light by activating the senses and encouraging healthy connection and discovery while immersed in nature. They are designed to help you experience the energy of light in the natural world in different forms and in different ways.

All you need is curiosity, an open heart and a willingness to explore.

The Four Lights of Advent Nature Connections are inspired by Advent poem by Rudolf Steiner 

The First Light of Advent is the Light of Stone. The light that lives in crystals, seashells, and bones.

The Second Light of Advent is the Light of the Plants. Plants that reach up to the sun and in the breezes dance.

The Third Light of Advent is the Light of the Beasts. Light that shines in the greatest, in the least.

The Fourth Light of Advent is the Light of Humankind.   The light of love, the light of thought, to give and understand

Each Sunday morning of the Advent season, join me to explore the light at various outdoor locations, for an in person, guided Lights of Advent Nature Connection experience - starting this Sunday.

Past Participant Advent Experience

Participating in Heartsong Communication Lights of the Advent Self-Guide Nature Connects created a sacred container that supported me in maintaining a spiritual perspective throughout the holiday season. It was a welcome tool to encourage mindfulness during the busy month. The steps to access my intuitive ability were simple to follow and were gentle reminders to take the time to stop and listen. The process throughout the 4 weeks allowed for enhanced receptivity to messages from my intuition: I received many special insights that made the season a very special one.   • Anyone who is not willing to explore new ideas and possibilities
